For this build:
[Smite Grineer] = swap to current enemy. Faction mods increase bleed damage by roughly 69%, this part is necessary to any bleed build. I don't really understand the math perfectly here, but I observed in simulcrum that with this mod installed, bleed ticks were straight up increased by 69% damage. Maybe it's bugged, or maybe they stealth-buffed it, who knows. On heavy strikes with no combo:

4067 damage tick on yellow slash
7217 damage tick on orange slash
WITH Smite Grineer, active AI, Level 165 Bombard:
6874 damage tick on yellow slash

Can't really explain it, but the damage ticks don't lie (probably).
