This is my Harrow build that I like made and love to use. It's super tanky, has great CC, very supportive, and all-around an amazing setup for this powerful Ritualist.

This build focuses on duration and strength. I use a max [Blind Rage] along with [Power Drift] to get over 200% strength and use [Streamline] to balance out the efficiency. Seeing as Thurible is such an amazing energy fuel, 75% is more than enough to keep Harrow casting with little to no trouble. I like to keep my Thurible around 25% - 30% and I ALWAYS use it at the start of a mission.

Range is not needed 'cause the only thing it would affect is Condemn and Thurible and both of these are pretty generous in meters.

[Adaptation] for extra survivability. It does not need to be maxed!

[Natural Talent] for [Harrow]'s long casting time.

All of [Harrow]'s abilities synergize beautifully. However, this can be a little intimidating to those just starting with him. How I play him follows a priority system:

Penance uptime (above 60 sec at least) > Thurible uptime (25% - 30%) > Covenant uptime > Shields.

Generally, I'll use Thurible at the start of a mission, use Condemn to get my shields up, cast Penance to get the buff up, wait until enemies aren't cc'd OR you're under fire, then cast Covenant. From here, I follow the priority.
