Ultimate Support [Wisp]:
This is a high maintenance build and will require multiple forma including an umbra forma (2 if you are savvy)

Maxed strength is the ticket here, the more strength, the more health for you and your team. Umbral mods are used to max out [Umbral Intensify] and give yourself insane health and armor and [Primed Continuity] to maintain a good (out of reservoir) buff.

[Growing Power] is a nice bonus to have given the status part being easily doable.

Helminth used to replace 4 with empower is ideal for this build but not necessary, there are many good choices.

Arcanes are more survivabilty and energy, solid choices. Arcane tanker is also a favorite of mine but [Mausolon] is my go to especially with haste mote :)

With a 2nd Umbra forma you could of course max out [Umbral Vitality] as well.
